Free plan files are stored for 7 days. Pro plan files are stored for 30 days. After expiry, files are permanently and automatically deleted from our servers.
Currently there is no self-service deletion for anonymous uploads. If you need a file removed urgently, contact us at contact@sendnowly.com with the link and we'll delete it manually.
SendNowly supports all file types. There are no restrictions on format β you can upload documents, videos, images, archives, executables, and more.
You can cancel anytime from your account billing settings. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Contact us if you need help cancelling.
Yes. All files are transferred and stored over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not access or read the contents of your files.
